To help our customers save money on their favourite items, we offer free shipping, 10% off the first order & more.
If you experience any problems concerning the payment, please contact us via email info@charlotte-paris.com and provide as much information about your order as you can. We'll do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders above €70 EUR.
Shipping expenses depend on the country you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.
No, we do not cover customs/import fees. The payment of customs/import fees is the responsibility of the importer and is levied based on the laws of the destination into which the products are being shipped.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding customs taxes or fees, it is advisable to consult with your local customs office or seek guidance from a professional customs broker who can provide specific information based on your location.
At the moment we only ship to Europe.

First : 4.95€ - Additional : 3.95€
- Express Delivery:
1-3 business days via DHL express
First : 8.95€ - Additional : 3.95€
Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay.
If your item is taking too long to arrive, please contact us via email info@charlotte-paris.com. We will immediately offer a solution.
We ship all of our orders with fully tracked mailing services. You should have received your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after a few business days since placing your order, please reach out to customer support via email info@charlotte-paris.com for further assistance.
Economy Delivery:
Your package will be delivered by DPD or Global Mail, so it is recommended to use the DPD or Global Mailwebsite to track your order.
Express Delivery :
You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. We use express shipping providers like DHL based on the destination country, so the most accurate tracking information will be available on the carriers website.
Returns & Refunds
As all our products are printed on demand and are unique, unfortunately, we cannot offer you any returns.
In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;
- Your order number
- The name of the item you didn't receive
- A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)
FYI; All claims for orders arriving damaged, or with missing/wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
